I’m sorry you’ve received pretty lame answers so far. You are asking for boat marinas, not restaurants with marina in the name. Sigh. I’ll try to help.
There are two boat dealers/marinas that I know for sure, and there may be others (see below). The first is Denny’s, on Indy south side. You take Exit 40 N from I-465 at the corner of State Road 37 & Epler Avenue. Their phone number is 317-786-9562, and their Web page is http://www.dennysmarina.com
The other place that I know about is Just Add Water. They are a boat dealer, but I wouldn’t call them a "marina." Just Add Water is also on the south side, off Exit I-465 Exit 46. Here’s a link to their Web site: http://www.justaddwaterboats.com/
Apparently, there are other places in Indy as well, but to be honest, I don’t know much about them. (Their names just came up when I was double-checking the Web links for Denny’s and Just Add Water.) Indianapolis is landlocked for about 100 miles, besides some small lakes. Go north to Lake Michigan for marinas galore
